What the form collects

Your name, business name, contact details, selected service, project information, uploaded files and consent choices are included in your enquiry. A reference number and submission time are saved. A limited, hashed network identifier is used for rate limiting.

How it is used

Pearl Designs uses this information to respond, prepare a quote, clarify your requirements and communicate about agreed work. Enquiry details and files are sent to Pearl Designs by email and saved in protected server storage. They are not published as part of this website.

Domain searches

When you check a domain, the domain name is sent to the relevant ZARC WHOIS service. Your contact details and project brief are not part of that lookup. A search does not reserve or register a domain.

Session cookies

The form uses an essential session cookie to protect and process your enquiry. This version does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Please only upload material you are authorised to share. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, email admin@pearldesigns.co.za. Information needed for an active project, legal obligation or business record may need to be retained.
